My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The room layout was not as expected, but it was comfortable. I had to do some extra cleaning due to hair in the bathrooms and tubs. The room itself looked old with scratches and needed better dusting. On the bright side, the service was kind and accommodating, especially thanks to Julie who helped us with translation. The location was ideal for our plans, being close to SeaWorld. However, the lack of towel replacements and straightening up was a downside. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with delays in serving certain items, but it was decent overall.

The hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious for my family and me, yet cleanliness could have been better as I had to do some cleaning myself. The staff was phenomenal, assisting promptly when we needed a quieter area. However, the dining service was a bit unsettling due to delays and limited options.
